The 11th Annual DIY Street Fair returns on September 21-23rd 2018!

The 11th annual juried DIY Street Fair is very proud to present the work of over 150 of the area's most talented artists and makers bringing a diverse array of original, handcrafted, quality art and products. The DIY Street Fair is a three day festival that takes place in Ferndale every September. Local creators are featured alongside live music, food and drinks. The festival is free for all to attend and one of the hottest events in Metro Detroit.

About Blissfest Music Organization

The Blissfest Music Organization is a non-profit educational and performing arts organization based in Northwest Lower Michigan, which has been in existence since 1981. The Blissfest provides year round folk arts programming in Emmet County including its annual festival at the Blissfest Festival Farm located near Cross Village, Ml. The organization is affiliated with the National Folk Alliance Organization, as well as other Michigan-based non-profit folk arts organizations. North Star Reach is honored to be the beneficiary of Concordia University's "A Manor Christmas." Holiday tours of the historic Earhart mansion, the 40th annual Boar’s Head Festival, and a European-styled Christmas market will offer a truly memorable and very merry weekend for the whole family.

The Christkindlmarkt, a first for Ann Arbor, includes artisans, a greens market, and seasonal foods. Guests of all ages will enjoy the festivities, including children’s activities and entertainment in the “libations tent.”

The Holidays are a special time of the year at the W.K. Kellogg Manor House. Each room is creatively decorated by area businesses, interior designers, staff and volunteers. Local artists and artisans sell unique and handcrafted gifts throughout the house. A guided tour, concluded by hot spiced tea and cookies, presents a history of W.K. Kellogg’s life, career and former summer estate while also creating ideas for your own holiday decorating. Tours run from noon to 5pm; last tour departs at 4pm. Tours last about 1 hour.

Cost is $8/adult and $5/senior and student.
